This special immigration program helps the business immigrants to obtain Permanent Residency Visa to become Canadian Citizens.</p> <p>The main features of the this type of Immigration program are</p><br /> <p><b>This is available to</b></p> <p><ul><li>Any person belonging to any country</li> <li>No age limit</li> <li>No language and education requirements</li> <li>the Permanent Residency Visa is issued in about 12 months time</li> <li>Your direct family also are included without restrictions or considering their individual qualifications</li> <li>Can become Canadian citizen after 3 years of Residence in Canada.</li><br /></ul> <p><b>You must have the following to qualify to become a Business Immigrant to Canada</b></p><br /> <ul><li>Must a have a total net worth of C$800,000/- together with your spouse by doing or managing a Business or a Company or as an employee in it. or</li> <li>You must have owned a Company for the last two years out of the last 5 years or</li> <li>You must have managerial experience of at least 2 years and</li> <li>You must be ready to make a passive investment of C$4,00,000 with the Canadian Government for 5 years</li><br /></ul></p> <p><b>How this system works</b></p> <p>After you file your Business Immigration File, and on its approved, you will be required to deposit C$ 4,00,000/- with a Bank or a Brokerage Firm as selected by the Canadian Government within 90 days of the approval of your Immigration file. This amount will be returned to you after 5 years without any interest to you. When you do not want to deposit the entire amount of C$ 4, 00,000/- there is a financing option available to you.</p><br /> <p><b>The Financing Option</b></p> <p>When you do not wish to make the deposit or not able to mobiles the entire amount to pay the mandatory deposit, we have an attractive financing option for you. When you choose this method, you need not make the mandatory deposit of C$ 4,00,000/- instead you will be required to pay only C$1,20,000/- and the rest will be arranged through various banks at an attractive interest rate of 5.5%.</p> <p>This one time payment of C$1,20,000/- is payable towards the cost of financing of the mandatory deposit amount of C$4,00,000/- and once you opt for the financing option you will be required to pay only the financing amount of C$1,20,000/- and no other amount is payable for the Business Immigration. The Banks will pay the mandatory Deposit and your Immigration File will be processed as if you have paid the entire C$4,00,000/- towards the mandatory Deposit for processing your Business Immigration.</p> <p>In this way we can help you get a Business Immigrant Visa for permanent residence in Canada for you and your immediate family at a reduced cost of only C$1,20,000/- instead of the regular payment of C$4,00,000/- to the Canadian Government.</p><br /> <p><b>Why the Government requires the Deposit</b></p> <p>The Canadian Government requires that you as a Business Immigrant should take part in the development process of the country that you want to live in. The Government needs money to spend on the country s development and also to create jobs and right environment for you and people like you to come and thrive in this great country. So, the deposit taken from you is invested in the form of Term Notes guaranteed by the Government of Canada.
