You can take advantage of this immigrant Investor program and you can easily obtain the permanent Residency Visa for you and your immediate family within a short time.

Can my Family also immigrate with me to Canada along with me when I get Immigrant Investor Visa?

Yes, your immediate family comprising your wife, or common law partner and your children below 22 years who are unmarried will be included for Permanent Residence in Canada when you get your Business immigration Visa. Subject to certain exceptions your children older than 22 years can also be included in your Visa file.

What do you mean by Net Worth ?

The term Net Worth means the value of all your assets minus the value of all your debts and liabilities. The total value of all your properties, the value of your stocks and the value you may have for your Company will be taken as your net assets. The debts and liabilities you have outstanding against you and your spouse will be taken as your net liabilities.

Your Net Worth will be the amount of Net Assets minus your Net Liabilities. You are required to have C$800,000 of Net Worth to apply as a Business Immigrant

Shall I have to dispose off my Properties in my Country and produce the C$800,000 to the Canadian Authorities?

No. It is not necessary. It is enough if you convincingly prove to the satisfaction of the Canadian Immigration Authorities that you are actually in possession of the C$800,000 worth of Net assets with you. You can continue your business and other activities in your Country for some time.

The only amount you will be required to produce in Canada is the amount of C$ 400,000/- you have to make as the statutory Deposit and an amount of C$ 4000 to 6000 towards the processing of your Immigrant Application.

As a way of making things simpler for you we can help you avoid the deposit of C$ 400,000, and instead you can pay only C$1, 20,000 and get your Immigration granted as if you have paid the full amount of C$ 400,000.

All these can be done without you paying anything to TSLaw and you have 0% risk as you pay the amount only if your Immigration Application is approved.

When my Net Worth is not up to C$800,000/- Can I borrow some amount from others and show that I have a Net Worth of the required amount?

No, this should not be done, as it will make your debts high and actually will reduce your Net worth. But you can legally get donation from others with documents clearly showing that the amount received is only donation and not a Loan.

To get full information regarding this you may need clarifications and do not hesitate to call us.

After getting the Visa as an Immigrant Investor, Do I need to start a Business?

It is not necessary that you must start and run a business in Canada after you immigrate. You may or may not do this and it is left to you. This is a privilege and the Canadian Government will never ask you to start and run a Business.

Do I have to live at a particular Place in Canada after I get the Visa?

No, you can live anywhere in Canada, and you can get information about living in Canada through various sources including TSLaw and you can decide wherever you may want to live.

When I want to save the statutory deposit of C$ 400,000 when I have to pay the C$1.20,000 ?

When Immigration Application is filed, it will take about 4 to 5 months for processing it and you will receive an approval from the Canadian Immigration office. After this you have to pay the C$1, 20,000 financial fees within the 60 days period from date of approval. Once your Immigration file has been filed you will be able to open a Bank Account and we will be able to help you in all these matters.

How much time is required for processing my Immigrant Visa File?

When you produce the entire document, we will file your application within one month, and the immigration office normally takes 4 to 5 months waiting period for your approval. If you process and pay your financing Fees or your Deposit immediately, there will be an average waiting period of 12 months for receiving the Permanent Residency Visa. Thus the total time required will be around 16 to 18 months for receiving the Visa.

Home | About us | Our Services | Our Profile | Immigration to Canada | Business Immigration | Questions & Answers | Contact
Copyright © 2010 tslaw.ca.
