The applicants must have had at least a year s work experience during the past 10 years in one of the 38 qualifying occupations or</p> <p>2. Must be living in Canada as a temporary Foreign Worker for at least one year or</p> <p>3. Must be living in Canada for at least one year prior to the Visa Application as in international Student or</p> <p>4.
